RESERVATION POLICY

To reserve dates, we ask for a 30% (or equivalent amount of nights) non-refundable deposit.

For example, if you are staying a total of 10 nights, your deposit will be: 3 nights. If you are staying 5 nights, your deposit will be: 2 nights. 1-night bookings are paid in full.

The remaining balance is due 2 months before the arrival date.

If the reservation is less than 2 months away, the full amount will be due.

CANCELLATIONS:

2 months + from arrival date: Change of dates allowed with 10% penalty fee. Additional fees may apply depending on the new dates chosen.

Within 2 months of arrival date: Change of dates allowed with a 30% penalty fee. Additional fees may apply depending on the new dates chosen.

Request a Stay Credit

You may request a stay credit for 60% of your original payment.

No-shows and cancels within 48 hours of arrival are not entitled to any credit and lose their paid deposits completely.
