To reserve dates on the calendar, we ask for a 30% non-refundable deposit (or equivalent amount of nights). 1-night bookings are paid in full.

• Remaining balance due 2 months before the arrival date

• If the reservation is less than 2 months away, the full amount is due.

CANCELLATIONS

— 2 months + from arrival date: Change of dates allowed with 10% penalty fee. Additional fees may apply depending on the new dates chosen.

— Within 2 months of arrival date: Change of dates allowed with a 30% penalty fee. Additional fees may apply depending on the new dates chosen.

STAY CREDIT

You may request a stay credit for 60% of your original payment.

No-shows and cancels within 48 hours of arrival are not entitled to any credit and lose their paid deposits completely.
