CANCELLATION POLICY

  • We ask for a 30% non-refundable deposit due to reserve dates in the calendar. The remaining balance is paid two months before your arrival date. If booking a reservation that is less than 2 months away, the full amount is due.

  • Change of Date / Credit For Future Use: We know sometimes life events can get the best of us. With this in mind, we do allow guests that are facing medical/family/financial challenges to request a free change of dates if they are more than 2 months away from their arrival date. Reservations that are less than 2 months away, are entitled to a ‘Stay Credit’ for 50% of your original payment. If you do not have another date in mind you may request a credit for future use (1 year expiration date).

  • Our non-refundable policy is in place to protect our small business from too many cancellations, due to changes in plans or non ideal travel dates. Our small 5-unit resort counts on all of our reservations being fulfilled to continue opening our doors every year. We appreciate our future guests to keep this in mind when booking a stay.
