Location + Transport
We are conveniently located 25 min from Cancun Airport. There are a few different transport options available, listed below. Please note that while UBER is widely available and easy to use in most areas, it does not work for airport pick-ups, only drop-offs.

ADO BUS
1.Take the ADO bus from the Cancun Airport to Puerto Morelos. Limited Hours, not available late night. Make sure it’s going directly to Puerto Morelos and not Cancun.
2. Upon arrival to the ADO station in Puerto Morelos, take an 8 minute taxi or uber to the Diving Lodge Downtown. Cost for taxi could be up to $100 pesos, tell them we are right next to UNICO Beach.
PARKING
Parking is free and first-come, first-serve. Guests can park in any open space. Please let us know in advance to secure a spot for your arrival. Please note: the car gate stays closed during off-business hours. Guests can still open and close it as needed, it is not locked.
Get Around Town!
Puerto Morelos is one of those places where you don’t really need a car. Between the taxis, colectivos (transport vans), bicycles, and now UBER, getting around town and the immediate surroundings can be easily accomplished without renting a car.
You can rent a car at the airport (we advise make a reservation online), or you may consider renting one from a recommended local business.

A lot of tours and expeditions offer transport too, or you can book private transport through Ride Mexico, Lighthouse Tours, a taxi or Uber (depending on the location).

Check-ins + Check-outs
Our goal is to provide a seamless arrival & departure experience. Please share your travel details ahead of time so we can make any adjustments needed to best fit your schedule.
We offer a self-check in, available 24 hrs via a lockbox next to each cabina door. The 4-digit code will be shared before your arrival. Please be on the lookout for that.
Check-in: 3:00 to 6:00 PM
Guests arriving after 6:00 PM can still check-in the cabina using the lockbox. Please keep in mind, the staff may be gone for the day, and you may need to open and close the car gate if arriving after hours or on days the bar is closed.
Check-out: By 11:30AM
For later checkouts, please ask the team about the possibilities to extend your stay. We offer complimentary late checkouts when possible until 1:00PM, and extended late checkouts for an additional fee.

Important Reminders
Please don’t throw toilet paper or anything else in the WC as this can create a backup in the system.
Always leave your unit door closed to avoid mosquitos from getting inside the room.
Close your room windows and doors when using the air-conditioner, and remember to turn it off when you leave the room.
Checking Out
Check-out is by 11:30 AM
Turn off appliances like the coffee maker or kettle.
Sign out of your TV accounts (You can also do that on your phone app if you forgot).
Turn off AC, fan and lights.
Lock the door on your way out.
Leave the keys back in the lockbox.
